Information We Receive
- Inquiries: your name, email, message, artwork reference, optional budget, delivery ZIP code and any studio-updates request you submit.

- Technical information: essential session cookies, request/security records and information such as IP address and browser details that our hosting or service providers may process.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identity information through contact forms or ordinary email.
How We Use Information
We use information to answer inquiries, provide quotes, verify accounts, process and fulfill orders, arrange pickup or delivery, manage refunds, send requested account/order messages, prevent abuse and maintain business records. If you request studio updates, we use your contact information for those communications. You can ask us to stop studio marketing messages by emailing us; necessary account or order messages may still be sent.
Payments and Service Providers
When online payment is available, Stripe hosts the card-entry checkout and processes the payment. We receive transaction and order information needed to manage the purchase; this website's store database does not store your full card number or card security code. Stripe handles information under its Privacy Policy.
We share information needed for the relevant service with our website host, email providers, payment processor and, for an agreed shipped order, the carrier and related fulfillment providers. We may also disclose relevant records to professional advisors or authorities when required or permitted by applicable law. External Instagram and Facebook links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies, Fonts and Analytics
Essential session cookies support sign-in, private order access, form security and abuse prevention. Blocking them may prevent these functions from working. Public pages may load fonts from Google, which receives the connection information needed to serve them.
Where configured, Google Analytics may process website usage and device information and use analytics cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. See Google's Privacy Policy for its practices. Disabling cookies does not necessarily stop all provider connection logs.
Retention and Security
We retain information for the purposes described above and for applicable accounting, tax, security and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type; account deletion does not necessarily remove transaction records we must retain. We restrict access and use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Keep passwords and private account/order links confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to stop studio marketing messages. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity without requesting unnecessary sensitive information before fulfilling a request. We will explain any records we need to retain.
Updates
We update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
